Please provide timely feedback and materials you are entitled to use. The proposal defines your rights to deliverables after payment. Existing and third-party materials retain their respective ownership and licences. Marketing outcomes are not guaranteed.
Delivery and cancellation
Our delivery, refunds & cancellations policy explains how to cancel work or request a refund. Any project-specific changes are agreed in advance. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
